David's Racing Products - Shipping and Returns Policy
You may place an order in any of the following ways:

E-mail your order to davidsracin@aol.com. Include all required order information except credit card. E-mail is NOT secure. Do not include your credit card number.
Shipping cost are determined by weight and orders within the Continental U.S. are shipped via Fedex Ground, or Express, FOB California. Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. Box (please give full deliverable address) and does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
For international orders, including AK, HI or Puerto Rico, please call Customer Service at (209) 522-6370 for more information about placing an order, as delivery and shipping charges will be different.
After your payment is processed, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive. It can take up to 10 business days for a package to get to the East Coast. David's Racing Products tries to ship all orders within three business days of receipt, but sometimes it may take a little longer.
David's Racing Products uses PayPal's secure payment gateway to ensure your personal and financial information is kept secure. PayPal employs strict security measures and encryption. They are known, trusted and accepted world-wide. Ordering online from David's Racing Products is safe and easy (Paypal account is not required for purchase).
We will not sell or distribute your information to any other company or individual. It is used solely for order processing purposes. Please read our Privacy Policy.
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty business days of receipt of the item(s). Some exceptions may apply, so please refer to the item description page in the shopping cart.
Returns Should you need to return an item please call (209) 522-6370, or email us at davidsracin@aol.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No merchandise will be accepted or credited without this authorization. You must contact us no more than 30 days after you receive the merchandise. We will not issue a return authorization number after 30 days. We provide instructions for how to return the merchandise when we issue the return authorization number.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a refund the item must be in new, unused or unworn condition, packed in original packaging with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by David's Racing Products will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
David's Racing Products will charge a 15% restocking fee if an item is returned without first receiving an RAN number from David's Racing Products customer service or if an item is returned to the incorrect address. So, before returning any items, please contact us so we can provide you with the details on how to return or exchange the product.
